Sebastian joined Ross & Company in 2024 and serves as a Senior Associate, supporting the firm’s search process through market research, project management, and administrative operations. In his prior role, he served as an Associate at Notch Partners. Sebastian holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Colby College, graduating cum laude with a concentration in Psychology and Economics.
