Sebastian joined Ross & Company in 2024 and serves as an Associate, supporting the firm’s search process through market research, project management, and administrative operations. In his prior role, he served as an Associate at Notch Partners. Sebastian holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Colby College, graduating cum laude with a concentration in Psychology and Economics.
