James joined Ross & Company in 2015. He leads all operations at Ross & Company; managing finance, infrastructure, technology systems/security, facility needs and vendor relationships for the firm. James also serves as Project Director for the annual Healthcare Leaders Conference, hosted by Ross & Company, bringing together 150 of the most successful healthcare CEOs and venture capital and private equity investors.
