Larry established Ross & Company in 1992 after beginning his career with two of the world’s largest executive recruiting firms. Drawing on over 35 years of healthcare recruiting experience, Larry has played an integral role in the incubation, transformation, and growth of scores of sponsor-backed companies.  

Larry’s recruiting work focuses on C-suite and board roles across a broad spectrum of asset classes, from concept and seed stage start-ups to middle market and large cap companies to publicly traded corporations. He has also placed Operating Partners, Heads of Talent, and Managing Directors at many of the most respected funds and sponsors. 

Larry is a past Board Member of the National Wildlife Refuge Association. He also previously served as Secretary of the Executive Search Council and on the HR Committee of the Board of the Lasker Foundation (which bestows one the most prestigious honors in healthcare and life sciences). Larry earned his undergraduate degree from Yale University.
