Functional areas include general management at the CEO and COO level, marketing and sales, business development and strategic planning, creative development and programming, and learning and development. She has a knack for uncovering the real essence of an individual and making sure their interests align with her clients’.
In addition to her work with Ross & Company, Christina has worked closely with leading executive search firms including Carlsen Resources, Diversified Search, Bishop Partners, TKJ Leadership, and Johnson, Smith & Knisely. For most of her career, Christina has specialized in the media, communication and entertainment industries and has an expertise in placing leaders with digital expertise.
When she is not recruiting business leaders, Christina pursues her hobby and passion as a writer.
Christina holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California at Berkeley.
